In May 2026, Bullerwell attended The Broker Investment Group’s (TBIG) annual conference.
The annual conference brings together TBIG’s network of brokers to reflect on the last 12 months, discuss plans for the future, celebrate achievements, and connect with fellow brokers from across the Group.
This year’s theme was ‘Growth in Focus’, with keynote speaker Stuart Baldwin discussing mindset, how to bring out the best in ourselves and our teams, and practical ways to improve efficiency, as well as how to rethink and realign our goals.
One of the highlights of the day was celebrating achievements, and we’re proud to have won the ‘Retail Broker of the Year’ award.
Also during the conference, Managing Director Damon Blakley was part of a panel discussing and sharing insights and experience into the broking market and running a successful brokerage.
Winning the Retail Broker of the Year award means a great deal to us as we continue to enhance our client experience through developing stronger insurer relationships, gaining access to better insurance products and solutions, and expanding our expertise to ensure we deliver the right solutions to meet our clients’ needs, all with the support of TBIG.
Insurance Age recently reported that TBIG was the second most active investor in the insurance broking market. This success has been achieved through a shared commitment to the same values and vision that we hold: a community broking ethos and a genuine people-first approach.
